At Sterling Jewelry Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns policy below before submitting a return request.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions. You will need an RMA number; please do not send a package to us without this number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
